Launched on June 10, and based in Quitman, Arkansas, the Arkansas State Sovereignty Movement is organized by Blake W. Bowen.
Here’s an introduction from Blake:
The Arkansas State House voted down HCR1011 state sovereignty resolution in the last session. The purpose of this group is to network with Arkansans across the state to coordinate a petition drive in each congressional district and meetings with state representatives and senators to resurrect this issue.
