You are correct. Moroever, we need to put aside our partisan preferences in favor of the Tenth Amendment movement. What I mean by this is that, even if you like the liberal health care ideal, you should shun the feds for trying to jump into it. If you are against legalization of marijuana, you should still shun the feds for making it illegal. We, whether liberal or conservative, should stand true to the principles of our Constitution, and we should not favor turning the Constitution on its head just so we can ram certain policies that we favor down the throats of the rest of the nation. If it is not a federal issue, all we have to do is work with the state in which we live. Yes, Bryce. You are correct.
