		<description><![CDATA[@eds - a good perspective on this - hard to find politicians in general that are interested in taking a courageous stand.  But, sooner or later, I do hope that support on the grassroots level will overwhelm them to the point that they just can&#039;t ignore it anymore.  ]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I have written our present Virginia governor, as well as the Republican candidate for governor, along with  the Republican candidates for Lt. Gov. and Atty. Gen&#039;l, asking for their position regarding the 10th Amendment and the action taken by other states, and have received no reply.   I didn&#039;t expect a reply from Gov. Kaine because he&#039;s a Democratic wuss, but I certainly did expect a reply from the Republican side.  I believe the Republican candidates are afraid to take a stand due to not wanting to mess up the huge leads they all enjoy in the polls with the election coming up on 11/3. ]]></description>
