Sorry, my Latin is not yet good enough for word coining, so here is what I have found on the subject, in a search of the Phrontistery site:

• hamarchy, government by a cooperative body of parts (describes our government so well!)
• hyperarchy, excessive government (also apt!)
• hoplarchy, government by the military (likely coming up)
• pantarchy, government by all the people; world government (obviously, the aim of our current and sinister course)
