I admire your optimism, but I don&#039;t think Arianna is talking about the Tenth Amendment in that piece. She does mention looking outside of Washington for power, but then refers several times to the people &quot;creating&quot; the votes on Capitol Hill to enact &quot;real change.&quot;  
 
In other words, she hasn&#039;t given up on her &quot;hope&quot; of imposing liberalism or progressivism or militant socialism or whatever on the rest of us. She has just lost faith in Barack Obama&#039;s ability to enforce her agenda. 
 
We can certainly ally ourselves with many of those on the Left, but only if they desire the same decentralization of power that we seek. Huffington doesn&#039;t know the first thing about liberty, she just wants another path to totalitarianism. ]]></description>
