ResistNet.com Advice from James Madison father of the constituttion,dont forget the federalist papers, the people and the states are in charged. All 3 branches of federal goverment have been unified against the constitution states and people for a very long time.The supreme court isnt the ultimate authority on the meaning of the constitution.
