Is there an argument that the individual mandate violates the right to privacy upon which Roe relies? If a woman's right to privacy prohibits the government from interfering in her decision to abort (in certain cases) is that same privacy right not implicated if the government requires her to buy health insurance? Is there a way to use the privacy right that the Roe supporters rely upon also to argue that requiring the purchase of health insurance similarly violates the privacy right not to insure oneself?

Please note the end-run around realID nulification: The FDA Food and Drug Administration has published Guidance for Industry and FDA staff: Implantable Radiofrequency Transponder System for Patient Identification and Health Information. Since we all must join, we will all be chipped, no card needed.
