I wonder what states are most likely to suceed at this point. Your opinion would be appreciated on this matter, Mr. Baldwin.

Some people say that the states need the federal government because of medicare and Medicaid costs but it seems to me with the ever increasing debt-load, excessive taxes and over regulation, and severe cuts proposed for medicare and Medicaid,along with the pervasive attitude that the American people are the equalvent to serfs, the states might actually fare much better without the federal government stealing from the legal citizens.
