I've notice that the left kind of uses language tricks in order to silence free-thought. The first paragraph of this article kind of reminded me of that because the left does not out-right make thought illegal but uses terms like 'extremist' to label people whose views are outside what they judge as conventional. Conventional then becomes the acceptable range for what people should think. Don't go to far to the right because then you wouldn't be 'moderate' and that is not OK to Big Brother.

I've also noticed that the left likes to use descriptors such as homo-PHOBIC which implies that the hatred of gays is a mental disorder that can be treated. While that kind of prejidice may not be acceptable in any moral standard likeining it to a phobia shows the inner thinking of the left where unpopular ideas can be fixed in the same way any other mental illnesses can be treated. Human beings don't hate but have mental disorders. The difference is that being hateful is a persaonal decision you make of your own free-will while a phobia was not of your own free-will so it is invalid. It reflects and attitude that human beings don't have free-will.
