Obama to Congress: It’s Constitutional to Ignore You

You’re going to be shocked to hear this, I know, but the president says he doesn’t need congressional authorization for the mission in Libya, since it is “limited.” Of course, he is wrong, as he is on everything.  See my piece “The Phony Case for Presidential War Powers.”
