Though I totally agree Marijuana should be legalized I totally disagree it should be regulated because this puts the state as the authority over the product. Because of abuses by the state of Washington in the past I fear it to be a poor choice.

The only reason those in Washington state consider its legalization is to feed the out of control spending habits of our corrupt state Government. This in no way should be a reason at all. It will allow them to have access to your property to assure they are receiving their money they so desperately will go after and not all ideas are good ones.

This is a compromise to buck Federal Law and I am for bucking false laws but I am also in defiance of the poor practices I have seen here that are hard to live with. Both states I have lived in the longest have been the largest spending out of control poor choice making criminals who in no way do the acts to support the people and have done the acts to strip people of income for their self serving idiot programs that cost us all 3 to 6 times as much as it normally would.

Will I compromise with these fools? NO! Bills that free us from the dominance of government grips either from federal or state are great bills. Those that compromise authority over people from one entity to another entity are not good bills. When I see the acts of Washington state Government I see them as an extension of Federal Government because the results are the same, huge deficits and then new creative ways to steal from those who produce and this act is robbery at the end of a gun.

Transfer the authority to the people in communities and support Republics by the idea given us.
