Michael Boldin and John Michaels host this 41st episode of Tenther Radio! Boldin broadcasts live from Los Angeles and Michaels joins us from an undisclosed location somewhere near Weirdowood in the Deep South.

Nullify Now! Philadelphia was on Saturday, March 31 and if you missed it, don’t worry! The guys bring you some of the highlights, including speaker Blake Filippi, the founder of the Rhode Island Liberty Coalition. Blake gives an overview of the event from the eyes of a first-time Nullify Now! speaker AND attendee.

“There was an overwhelming feeling of hope.”

“Then when they understand nullification, they see that there is a way to fight back, where they can take control locally.”

Michael and John review some recent news, including a last-minute turnaround on the Arizona NDAA Nullification Act, which is ready for a full House vote very soon. They also talk Medical Marijuana passing in the NH Senate and the Pennsylvania Health Care Freedom Act.

Some important upcoming events – Mike Maharrey speaks in Missouri on April 14th, and the TAC is hosting a special Nullify the NDAA in downtown Los Angeles on May 3rd.

Steve Palmer of the Pennsylvania Tenth Amendment Center joins the show to cover the latest happenings in the Pennsylvania State legislature – two nullification bills passed in conjunction with the event last weekend!

FROM JOHN MICHAELS
“You don’t need a state to help you nullify something, you can nullify things on a personal level.”

“They get all of their just power from us, not the other way around, and they can’t handle the fact that they are not supposed to be the ultimate arbiters of their own power.”

FROM MICHAEL BOLDIN
“When we get to 30 to 35 states standing up to the federal government, they are going to have a problem getting the manpower to enforce unconstitutional laws.”

“The Constitution allows the people of each state to do really dumb things. When one state does something bad you learn really quickly that you don’t want to do it in your own state.”
