		<description><![CDATA[Lets not forget that the federal government gets its powers from the people of the United States not the states themselves.  It is a government of the people--not the states--so it has no direct authority over the states themselves.  States are free to do whatever they want with their powers which include interfering with the execution of federal laws.   ]]></description>
