Contrary to the notion that Supreme Court Justices are appointed for Life, the truth is that the Constitution indicates that they shall hold office during times of good behavior.
The question that needs to be asked is what constitutes bad behavior and who determines if the Justices on the Supreme Court are doing their job satisfactorily?
Justices that demonstrates their competency by making judgements that are aligned with the Constitution. When Justices deviate from the Constitution and make decisions that expand the power of the Congress and the President they are reveal their bad behavior.
How can we expect our Supreme Court Justices to serve with integrity if their behavior is never evaluated? Without accountability the Justices possess an unlimited amount of power to do whatever they please.
If you were the owner of a business, would you from evaluate your job performance of your employees? If their job performance indicated that they were incompetent would you terminate them or let them destroy the financial integrity of your company?
The Supreme Court Justices are nominated based upon their political ideology rather than their knowledge and devotion to the Constitution. Isn’t it about time that we regained control of the Supreme Court and started the process of evaluating their behavior?
Actually this question is very simple to answer, STATES use the Declaration of Independence as their guide in determining good behavior over bad. What does it say about expanding Government? What does it warn us about with Financiers as well corrupt judges?
he has waged cruel war against human nature itself, violating it’s most sacred rights of life and liberty in the persons of a distant people who never offended him, captivating and carrying them into slavery in another hemisphere, or to incur miserable death in their transportation thither. this piratical warfare, the opprobrium of infidel powers, is the warfare of the Christian king of Great Britain. determined to keep open a market where Men should be bought and sold, he has prostituted his negative for suppressing every legislative attempt to prohibit or to restrain this execrable commerce. and that this assemblage of horrors might want no fact of distinguished die, he is now exciting those very people to rise in arms among us, and to purchase that liberty of which he has deprived them, by murdering the people on whom he also obtruded them: thus paying off former crimes committed against the liberties of one people, with crimes which he urges them to commit against the lives of another.
It came with instructions for the people within these states to do;
When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal station, to which the laws of nature and of nature’s god entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
These from the original draft because in truth there was no reason to remove truth. But this document can be USED as a guide and decision yet it continually is not applied at all. Partly because most states themselves are inundated with corrupt politicians attached to federal government by the buying and selling through funding of illegal moneys.
The Declaration of Independence is also the guidepost for the Constitution, it resinates and supports the truths documented in this statement yet so many refuse to look at it continually only to their own demise and those not using it will end in a life of tyranny.
It is the people of these communities that are now the colonies of this country that are to apply what was given them or watch it perish before them by their own ignorance.
A Supreme court Justice is not Just unless they are well trained to use our standing documents as they apply to support LIFE, LIBERTY and the PURSUITS of HAPPINESS. And when their actions do not support this direction which stands in A Republic then they shall be removed and well trained put in to replace them. When we stop pretending this is not the truth shall the truth actually prevail.
and for the support of this declaration [with a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence] we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

When we become our own denial do we become weak at the knees by our own ignorance of ourselves as LIFE.
