In a Corporate Government it does not because it is not run by the people, this is false. Find out if President Lincoln did make Federal Government a Corporation and then ask yourself if this is true what is constitutional bout it? The supreme court is corporate and will protect corporate and not the Constitution for which it is no longer bound by.
