Michael Boldin and Jason Rink talk about the recent Supreme Court rulings, and what they mean for the Constitution – specifically the 10th Amendment.

Jason Rink: “At the end of the day, they just want to tell states what to do…The Supreme Court reigns supreme and states how fifty states and three hundred million people are supposed to live.”

While explaining what Nullification is, Jason said, “The states taking into their hands the powers that were never surrendered to the federal government in the Constitution.  The Constitution says in the Ninth and Tenth Amendment that the rights not specifically granted to the federal government in the Constitution retain to the people and the state’s”

When the entire federal government refuses to follow the constitution – congress, the president and the courts – is there anything else that can be done? Of course, and that’s something Boldin and Rink talk about with our guest, Tim Baldwin – a constitution-lover running for state house in Montana. Tim shares ideas of how we can stand up for liberty locally- whether the feds want us to or not.

Closing the show, Boldin shares some thoughts on Supreme Court rulings in the Arizona and Montana cases – and it ain’t good.

When three hundred million people STOP deciding for themselves and allow others to decide for us have we lost our very own capacity to live.

Since Federal Government does not uphold the Constitution  the deciding do it becomes very important to discover who are the deciding. Corporatism has taken over our Federal Government and corporatist only focus on what empowers them and believe in their own minds that they are the deciding for all in their corporation. Since the IRS and many agencies of Government are a part of the corporation those involved in these entities are now decided for.

How old is British Royal Corporatism?
Who are the deciding in this nation?
What is the act of being Independent of?

Can anyone show many any idea out here on planet earth that took place without CHOICE? Where is it?

Thats what I thought, learn to decide for you and not for them.
