The Founders of our country established a republic, and many warned of the natural tendency of a central government to grow in size, scope, and power, at the expense of individual liberty. Well, it’s been 236 years, but here we are.

Readers at the middle-age, or well-done stages of life, will remember a time when you didn’t have to think about the federal government, and its laws that concern the activities your mom used to nag you about as a kid. In fact, you probably trip over several felonies simply by going about your daily routine as a responsible adult.

The Anti-Federalists lost the argument about whether or not to establish a central government in the 1780s , but the 236 years since proved them right.  Here’s what they had to say:

The Affordable Care Act, Obamacare, has nothing to do with health, or medical care.  It’s about power–power over every aspect of your life: your diet, your activities, where you live, and yes, if you live, when you’re unfortunate enough to get sick.

Obamacare was put into place by The United States government to control the people.  Specifically, it was the Congress and President who did it, late at night on Christmas Eve, I might add (we noticed, anyway).  Anyone who’s been paying attention to the government goings-on in DC for the past 80 or 100 years is NOT surprised that the third branch of the central government has supported the other two.  Separation of powers only applies between those three branches of that government.  The States, and the people, can rot.

Each State has the right, and the sovereign duty, to judge the constitutionality of any law passed by the government that the States created. The States voluntarily built the central government to take care of foreign affairs, and left themselves an out when the inevitable power grabs got out of hand.  If the Bill of Rights is the last word of the Constitution, then the 10th Amendment is the last word of the Bill of Rights.

Call your State Representative and State Senator.  Heck, call the Governor.  Explain nullification. Educate them about the 10th Amendment that the collectivists in DC tried to bury.

The Feds will scare them with threats of withholding money. What, funny money they don’t actually have, but have to print?  Ask you Legislator if he or she really wants to cash in liberty for some cash.

I’ve been to 111 countries around the world, and I’ve seen first hand what happens when doctors work for the government, and it comes pretty close to crushing the human spirit.

Everyone of you wants to live your life on your own terms, so help us protect liberty.

There really is no such thing as a free lunch, and promises to that effect are for fools.

Nullify Obamacare.  Your freedom depends on it.
