		<description><![CDATA[Justice Frankfurter informs us that nullification is indeed constitutional when he wrote in a concurring opinion in Cooper v Aaron that &quot;Every act of government may be challenged by an appeal      to law.&quot;  And isn&#039;t that exactly what nullification is.
 
But then he goes on to add &quot; as finally pronounced by this Court&quot;.  So he is saying you may nullify federal laws but we get to decide if your interpretation of the law is correct.  But if that is true then the Supreme Court would be the final arbiters of constitutionality and we know that since we the people established the constitution that the people are the highest authority and the ultimate arbiters of the interpretation of the constitution.]]></description>
