		<description><![CDATA[Jim, I was with you through every word and paragraph until the last when you stated the State Governments were the superior boss to the Federal Government.  It is the people who are the superior boss and if the State Governments fail us then through our actions or in-actions we can still nullify unconstitutional federal laws.]]></description>
