ADDITIONAL BILL INFORMATION

Alaska House Bill 69, Is one of the strongest bills in the country in support of the right to keep and bear arms.  It is a logical expansion to the Firearms Freedom Act signed into law in 2010, and includes criminal charges for anyone in violation.  read about it here

This is an Alaska-sized bill that could influence the entire country very positively

Alaska Senate Bill 75, is a relatively short but very comprehensive bill to require the state of Alaska and all local governments to refuse to comply with or enforce “indefinite detention” as supposedly authorized by the NDAA.

As Judge Andrew Napolitano has said recently, such widespread noncompliance can make a federal law “nearly impossible to enforce” (video here)

Encourage your local community to take action as well. Present the 2nd Amendment Preservation Act and the Liberty Preservation Act to your city county, your town council, or your county commissioners.  Various local governments around the country are already passing similar resolutions and ordinances.  Local legislative action is a great way to strengthen a statewide campaign against 2nd Amendment violations and federally sanctioned kidnapping
