Freedomworks supports nullification of Obamacare, and its president, Matt Kibbe, went to South Carolina to prove it.

Kibbe made the journey to the Palmetto State to deliver the keynote speech at rally in support of nullifying Obamacare last week. Freedomworks sent out an email over the weekend, with the top story expressing support for efforts in South Carolina, and across the US, to stop implementation of the health care act.

“Progressives are watching this fight all across America. They know that if ObamaCare is nullified, it could be the end of Obama’s radical health care takeover,” the email read. “Nullifying ObamaCare in South Carolina could set a precedent for the rest of the country.”

According to Judge Andrew Napolitano, “if enough states do this…it will gut ObamaCare.” Freedomworks agrees, and says South Carolina efforts could serve as a springboard.

“Nullifying ObamaCare in South Carolina could set a precedent for the rest of the country.”

Don’t expect any Washington, D.C. politicians to honestly try to kill Obamacare. Congress will never repeal or defund it. The Republicans lack courage to go with their rhetoric and the Democrats will never admit Obama’s signature program is a disaster.

Freedomworks understands this. Support them. Support the Tenth Amendment Center.

H3101 is meant to protect your liberty, and your access to medical care.  Contact your SC state senator, and insist they pass the Davis amendment, and make Obamacare nullification into law.

Last Tuesday, FreedomWorks President Matt Kibbe gave the keynote address at a rally to support nullifying ObamaCare in South Carolina. Progressives are watching this fight all across America. They know that if ObamaCare is nullified, it could be the end of Obama’s radical health care takeover.

Matt went down to South Carolina to cheer on this important effort. The State House already passed the measure. Now it’s the Senate’s turn to act.

Nullifying ObamaCare in South Carolina could set a precedent for the rest of the country. Americans are fed up with the health care takeover. Premiums are going up across the country. Hard working citizens are losing their coverage. The economy is in trouble and ObamaCare only makes it worse.

The American people have spoken – and they don’t want the health care takeover any longer.

Nullifying ObamaCare in South Carolina could be an important first step in repealing the law nationwide. According to Judge Andrew Napolitano, “if enough states do this…it will gut ObamaCare.” And Judge Napolitano understands the Constitution and our governing system of federalism, unlike John Roberts.

Patriots in South Carolina are fighting the good fight to stop ObamaCare. FreedomWorks is behind them every step of the way.
