Tenth Amendment Center Director Michael Boldin recently chatted with Sonali Kolhatkar of Uprising Radio about efforts to push back against NSA spying in the California State Legislature. Boldin talked about the 4th Amendment Protection Act, its origins, why it is constitutional, and why it is important for states to pass it. Boldin also explained the sneaky ways the NSA is exerting their influence on Americans besides their controversial information gathering mission.

“Under the Bush administration, they were trying to spy on everybody back then too. This is not an Obama program. This is a federal government program, no matter who’s in charge.” – Michael Boldin
