On January 13, the Fourth Amendment Protection Act was introduced, which covers the information-sharing step of our 4-step plan to push back against NSA in the states.  (read about it here)  HB2421  was promptly referred to the House Committee on Judiciary the 14th where it will need to pass by majority vote before the full House can consider it.

Primary bill sponsor, Brett Hildabrand tweeted that a hearing is coming up soon. Support for the bill in the next 10 days is essential for its success.
