Take these steps today:

1. Get this model legislation for your state – 3 bills, download:

2. Look up your STATE rep and senator here:
http://openstates.org/find_your_legislator/

3. CALL your state rep and senator. Strongly, but respectfully urge each of them to introduce a bill to withdraw state support from Obamacare. A phone call has 10x the impact of an email, so make it a call.

4. After your call, email them both – thank them for their time, and include links to the 3 model bills above.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

If your legislators are 100% pro-Obamacare, call a rep in a neighboring district and ask them to help. “I live in a district where my rep and senator don’t represent me. I want to do something about Obamacare and have some legislation that should be introduced in this state. Can you help me?”

If you get a voicemail – leave a message. Let them know you’re in their district and their position on Obamacare is very important to you. Let them know you want a phone call back.

You can do the same with a staff member – let the staffer know what you want done, but let them know you want to hear from the legislator personally.

Wait 3-4 business days if you haven’t talked with the legislator – and call them again. Repeat this process until you get the job done.

The STATES are already chipping away at Obamacare – and with 36 refusing to implement exchanges – they have created a situation where it can be knocked down without congress and without the supreme court.
