West Virginia HB2026 would nullify certain FDA rules for terminally ill patients, and needs your help to move forward!

STATUS: HB2026 was referred to the House Health and Human Resources Committee pending further action. The bill must pass through committee successfully before it can receive a vote from the whole house.

PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS – It doesn’t matter where you live in the state, please follow all these steps to support HB2026.

1. Call the House Health and Human Resources Committee Chair, Joe Ellington. Strongly, but respectfully urge him to move these important bills forward to a vote in his committee. A phone call has 10x the impact of an email.

2. Call the rest of the committee members. Again, be strong, but respectful. Urge each of them to take action to move the bill forward and vote YES on HB2026.
