House Bill 2643 (HB2643) would prohibit the state in various ways from “from using any personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer or cooperate with the Affordable Care Act.” (learn more here)
House Bill 2368 (HB2368) would prohibit the state from “using any personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer or cooperate with an executive order issued by the president of the United States that has not been affirmed by a vote of the Congress of the United States and signed into law as prescribed by the Constitution of the United States.” (learn more here)
House Concurrent Resolution 2037 (HCR2037) would require the state to block any EPA agency regulations over “nonnavigable intrastate waters or waterways. This is the same as SCR1015, learn more here.
