Illinois HB207, HB496 and SB29 would effectively nullify certain FDA restrictions on terminally ill patients. HB207 and HB496 must pass successfully through the House Judiciary – Civil Committee and SB29 must pass successfully through the Senate Insurance Committee before the bills can receive full votes in their respective chambers.
