Florida HB363 and SB902 would legalize industrial hemp for production within the state of Florida, effectively nullifying the federal prohibition on the same. HB363 must pass through the House Agriculture & Natural Resources Subcommittee, and SB902 must pass through the Senate Agriculture Committee before the bills can receive full votes in their respective chambers.

PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS – It doesn’t matter where you live in the state, please follow all these steps to support HB363 and SB902.

FOR HB363

1. Call the House Agriculture & Natural Resources Subcommittee Chair, Tom Goodson. Strongly, but respectfully urge him to move this important bill forward to a vote in his committee. A phone call has 10x the impact of an email.
