Alabama HB463 and SB357 would nullify certain FDA rules regarding experimental medicine for terminally ill patients.

STATUS: SB357 passed through the Senate Judiciary Committee on April 16, and now must be approved by the state Senate. HB463 must pass through the House Health Committee before it can receive a vote in the state House. Please take the following steps to support these important bills.

FOR SB357

1. Call your state senator. Strongly, but respectfully urge them to support SB357. A phone call has 10x the impact of an email, so make sure to take a few minutes to call.
