Somehow, bathrooms have become the most significant issue of the year, with the possible exception of the presidential race. As ridiculous as it even seems to utter the words, “government bathroom policy,” the whole debate does raise some important constitutional issues. It also shines a light on priorities here in the good old US of A. There might just be some more important things to worry about.

In this episode of Thoughts from Maharrey Head, I offer my two-cents worth on the Great Bathroom Controversy, focusing specifically on the constitutional ramifications. I also take on a logical fallacy people often use to sidetrack debate.
