This short video is a blast from the past to celebrate Ron Paul’s birthday today. In Dec 3, 2011 he participated in a presidential forum hosted by Mike Huckabee. While all the other candidates threw out standard platitudes, Ron said something no major candidate has said in modern times – nullification has to be done and it would reverse all the unconstitutional power grabs of the federal government.

Happy Birthday, Ron Paul! Thank you for your long-time support of ‪nullification‬.

“One issue that we have to revisit – because the Founders understood it, but we have forgotten about it – and that is the principle of nullification. The states have to be able to nullify. This would reverse the trend and this would stop the usurpation of all the powers from the states to the federal government.”
