This is last Friday’s Tenther newsletter, which everyone in the nullification movement gets daily or weekly. Be one of them.
The Tenth Amendment Center is standing up to some of the most dangerous and unconstitutional programs in history. And I need your help right now.
ATF, NSA, HUD, EPA, BLM, TSA, FRN – I could make the list much longer, but I’m sure you get the point. An endless list of “laws,” rules, orders, and regulations have transformed this country from a constitutional republic into…well something snowballing into a totalitarian nightmare.
To the government, your Constitution and your rights are nothing more than “intolerance.”
Rather than teaching that the Constitution is a set of rules to LIMIT federal power, the government in Washington D.C. is waging an all-out war on the Founders’ Constitution – and they’re doing it with your tax dollars.
Tenth Amendment Center is not the first, but we’ve been the biggest proponent of using the Founders’ strategies to stop unconstitutional programs in the states. As our friend Tom Woods put it, TAC “has done more than anyone in the world to advance the Jeffersonian principle of nullification.”
I’ve got a great part time team and a bunch of amazing volunteers helping out, but I cannot continue this fight without the necessary funds to help educate millions of Americans on these attacks against the Constitution and liberty.
I’m not asking for a lot, but when a lot of people like you join together and pitch in a little, it makes a huge difference. Would you please start a small (or large!) monthly donation to support our work today?
“Orwellian” is an understatement for what we face.
In the coming weeks, we’re starting an aggressive program to not only teach millions of people how to stop unconstitutional federal programs, but to also put those plans into practice in states and local communities. We are producing the widest-ranging toolbox of instructions, strategies and documents anywhere to stop D.C., and it is all free.
This is not a battle that can be won overnight. We’re in it for the long haul.
As Samuel Adams once put it, “All might be free if they valued freedom, and defended it as they ought.”
In order to teach more people about the nature of their rights – and HOW TO DEFEND THEM – I need your help.
