On this episode of Tenther Tuesday, Mike Maharrey and Michael Boldin talk about the kickoff of nullification season.

State legislatures are gearing up across the U.S., beginning what we call “nullification season” here at the Tenth Amendment Center.  Over the next three two four months, the bulk of legislative activity for the year will take place in most states.

TAC is already tracking close to 200 bills that reject unconstitutional federal programs. Boldin and Maharrey go over some of the highlights and give examples that you can use in your state too.
