West Virginia Action Alert: Help to Defend the Guard, Support HB2168

West Virginia HB2168, the Defend the Guard Act, would protect the state’s Guard troops from unconstitutional use and abuse by the President, requiring a constitutional declaration of war prior to overseas deployments.  It must pass through the House Veterans’ Affairs and Homeland Security Committee successfully before it can receive a full vote in the state house.
