Independent journalist Ben Swann recently did a fantastic report about our OffNow Coalition to cut the water off to NSA data hubs across the country through civic action at the state and local levels.

WATCH IT:

In the video, Swann said, “The Tenth Amendment Center has a plan. If you want to control the NSA spying, don’t go to Congress or the President because let’s face it – no matter which party is in power, the NSA keeps growing. Instead, just turn off their water.”

Swann then gave a more detailed description of our legislation saying, “The Tenth Amendment Center has created a bill called the 4th Amendment Protection Act. They are working to get it passed in Utah and other states as well. It simply says that those states cannot provide their much-needed water and other natural resources for federal facilities run by the NSA.”

Swann closed by saying, “The answer is stunningly simple. No water equals no NSA data center.”

Liberty-friendly journalist Ben Swann has always done an excellent job of reporting on the Tenth Amendment Center and our legislative efforts. He always breaks down our ideas in a very clear, concise, easy-to-understand manner. Perhaps some of the hacks out there in the establishment media who carry water for the feds should take notes.

The 10th Amendment
