		<description><![CDATA[The Tenth Amendment responsibilities would continue indefinitely, but it should be noted that after reclamation of our liberties, one would only have to say &#039;no&#039; to the Federal Government to keep the status quo.  The states surely sold their souls to the devil for some highway funds and or maybe even money paid to each citizen.  They can get that soul back, perhaps states like New Hampshire are already leading the way.]]></description>
