The Tenther Grapevine
I am no revolutionary, but if Congress is intent on passing an unconstitutional healthcare bill despite repeated requests not to, I say we should be equally intent on not obeying it. To that end I have put together a flyer that I hope you will distribute in as many ways as you can think of: e-mail, placing a copy in the mailboxes in your neighborhood, leaving copies on the restaurant table as you leave, leaving copies on the shelves in the grocery store, taping a copy to the front door of your congressman’s office, etc.
Here’s the text:
The Citizens of this sovereign State declare the following:
We Utterly And Completely reject the notion that the United States Constitution grants the federal government the power to destroy our current healthcare system and replace it with one of their own making.
We Wish To Live peaceably with all men and to be obedient to the just laws of our government. But in light of the dire effects promised by the healthcare bills before Congress, their unconstitutionality, and Congress’ arrogant and repeated dismissal of our petitions, we are forced to act.
We Will Not Obey the provisions of any bill that creates a healthcare system administered by the federal government. We solemnly enter into resolute and perpetual friendship with one another – neighbor with neighbor, town with town, parish with parish – for our mutual support and protection in order to keep this pledge, with or without the aid of our state and local governments.

NEW WORLD ORDER, if nobody understand why all of this is happening, go do your research. I bet you even if all of America do not want this bill, the government of going to pass it anyways. We do not have a voice and all you people are playing the blind game. Democrats Republican, they are all the same. All Masons and all what the same agenda as Europe Union, China, Russia, the others. In my opinion i cant wait till they achieve there goal but i'll never understand trully why we need have Islamic terrorist to start westernizing and mobilizing the middle east. Just a fraction of the people in the middle east need to be eliminate because they just wont get it. But look at Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and the The united emirates. All there leaders are mason so why couldn't just have the rest of them become mason. No we will not, unless you consider "normal" to be the last 150 years of dismantling federalism.
It might be more helpful it it defined what it *means* not to "obey" this particular law.
Should I reject my health insurance from work? Fail to accept Medicare when I retire? Go to jail for intentionally not paying the extra tax imposed on those without insurance? Bomb insurance exchange buildings? What?
I'm as on board as the next guy with the idea that the Constitution doesn't give this power to the federal government, but this flyer is so vague as to be useless.
Awesome. This is the way it must be done.
