		<description><![CDATA[I like the idea regarding prevention of sending tax dollars to the federal goverrnment. Of course, that is blatantly Unconstitutional - not that I have a problem with that because I have always maintained that we should not be bound to honor the terms of an agreement to the letter when the other side has materially breached.  
 
You said there were 10 items, but listed 4 categories. I&#039;d like to see each of the 10. Hopefully, you can include them in your next part.
