My gut likes this and I’m interested to see what a trusted constitutional expert would say. Really fascinating. One question. Would other way of course who be through Article V but most see this as a bit risky. We could win in 2010 and have Congress pass a resolution to send such an amendment to the states and just amend the whole issue of personal income tax. These methods obviosly require much less than 50 states but they have there weaknesses. Mostly the risks associated with a convention in the first method and the need for congressional action in the second.

Your method requires niether and, if constitutionally water proof, really doesn’t require fifty states to put a major fiscal crimp in the Federal image

Even one year ago, I would never have believed we could get all 50 states to come together on anything! This is really happening! With the Lord's help, we are going to take back our Constitution, our country and our lives! I would point out to the Washington elites the phrase "high crimes and misdemeanors." We can and must follow through. Now that we have begun this venture, we must see it through to its rightful conclusion or have the full weight of our failure fall and bury us and generations to come!
