When will the State of Tennessee STOP this participation with the FEDS. The Feds do not LOVE the State of Tennessee, and this participation in this “Bonanaza” IF IT HAPPENS, is a SURE SNARE.
The way I understand this “Education Bonanza” is that now that the State legislature has agreed, whether they get the MONEY or not they are under the Federal guidelines!!!!!?????
JUST FOR MONEY???!!! Destroy the State for a GRANT and the Feds even said IF??!!
