		<description><![CDATA[Tactically speaking, at this point in time, it is probably best that the pledge is mostly fluff.  Until more Tea Party and/or Constitutionalist  types become dominant in Washington, if we reveal too many details too soon with respect to abolishing most of the federal programs, the left would probably defeat us through scare tactics before we are able to educate the rest of America.  We need to look at this war as long-term and trust that the average American will be happy to return to dual federalism when they understand what it is and how destructive the centralization of government has become.  It is also going to take several election cycles to purge the career politicians out of the system--who currently infest both parties--before we have the courageous types it will take to do the job.  ]]></description>
