Certainly, no opportunity to elect a principled leader to a federal position of power ought to be ignored but I do believe that ultimately it’s more an act of symbolism than a substantial shift that is essential for advancing the liberty message and movement. Don’t forget that all politics is local.
Nullification must be seriously considered and always an available option for localities and states to oppose unconstituional legislation. Now is the time to become an expert in this doctrine’s history, legality, moral grounding and execution.
New York Times best-selling author and senior fellow at the Ludwig von Mises Institute, Thomas E. Woods, Jr. wrote the book on nullification entitled…Nullification. He’ll be the keynote speaker at the Los Angeles Nullify Now! event on Saturday, May 28 inside the magnificent AT&T Center located downtown. Other speakers in the series covering every issue under the sun are Scott Horton of Antiwar Radio, John Dennis of Republican Liberty Caucus of California, Anthony Gregory of Independent Institute and Campaign for Liberty, and the list goes on. Founder of the Tenth Amendment Center, Michael Boldin will give a talk along with Art Thompson, Jason Rink, and myself. The message is not strictly applicable to the ails of Left or Right politics, but is one of cohesive coalitions in the spirit of America’s exceptional foundation.

Overstating the importance of this knowledge is impossible. Open up the possibilities for the future of freedom by sharing this note or other nullification resources today. Act now because that’s exactly what the established political plunderers are betting on you NOT to do.
