While you are at it, Gov. Perry, declare that Texas will use all resources at its disposal, and personnel, including deputized citizens, to prevent oil drilling from being shut down by Federal Agents on behalf of the EPA and its concern for the 3" lizzard they put on the endangered species list. And you will use the same resources to prevent seizure of assets and bank accounts by Federal Agents.
