I actually saw written testimony given during the ratification debate over the Virginia Plan and how it was defeated.   I was not aware it was available before, and also, at that time, the Virginia Plan only &quot;rang a bell&quot; to me and did not mean much of anything.    
 
I am glad to see you write such a concise article on this point.   It is good to bring to everyone&#039;s attention, as you are absolutely, 100%, correct.
