It's been an interesting argument over the years, but unfortunately the courts have not upheld its constitutionality. I don't agree with many of the laws passed by Obama/Pelosi/Reid, especially PPACA, but nullification should not be used. Focus on arguing the constitutionality of laws in the court system.

The constitution and federal laws are the supreme law of the land and we have to respect that.

Article VI

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

"in Pursuance thereof" Begs the Question, who defines what laws our made in Pursuance thereof?
Tom Woods gos over this in his book Nullification, which I refer you too.

We don't have to do anything. You may choose to do what you want and respect what you want but don't include everyone in your own thinking process because WE don't have to do that.

It would be interesting to see if the particular politician that Racheal Maddow pointed to actually used the word nullification or did he refer to the fugitive slave act. That would be interesting...
