I believe, like you do, that the Tenth Amemdment is the most widely disregarded part of the Constitution today. Most of the problems we are facing as a nation right now come as a result of the federal government over stepping the limitations placed on them by the Tenth Amendment.

I referenced your website in an article I recently posted. If you are interested here is the link. I would appreciate your opinion. Thanks. Keep up the good work.

We as American students in the 1950s and 1960s were taught this by instructors that understood states rights and the limits of the Constitution. These things probably haven't been taught in public schools since then. It's overly obvious that our current set of Congressmen and women either didn't learn this or they don't give a damn. I'd rather believe that it is the former rather than the latter. In either case it leaves us the regular U.S. citizens in a very vulnerable position. We are at their mercy for periods between elections and even considering that during cycles we have a chance to make changes the average American votes largely by name recognition and not by a candidates record. On top of that we have a whole generation that have never been taught anything about the Constitution anyway so, they don't even know that Congress is going out of bounds. The prime example is the "Birther" issue. Many people in this country feel that it's a non-issue if our President is not an American Citizen. They just don't know any better because they never learned about it in school. It is a sad state of affairs.
