I’m not even talking about what is right or wrong. I’m talking about what is constitutional or not. Like you, many people confuse the word constitutional with the word good and unconstitutional with the word bad. The system set up under the constitution was done due to a belief that the greatest threat to rights came from centralized power. That’s why they created a system that limited that power, and left the people of each state to their own job.

This is a fact. There is no dispute on this. None. Literally. Except every now and then there’s some liberal fool who thinks that the feds should enforce a right to abortion. Or the Feds should enforce the aright to free speech. Conservatives do the same…trying to federally enforce gun rights. The founders warned us what would happen if people in this country ever became so far removed from their designs.
