To answer, though, the Tenth Amendment Center was doing the same thing.   Look at our archives back to Jan 2007 ish.  A lot on unconstitutional wars.    And me, personally, the founder of the TAC?  I was at a protest the night the Iraq bombs started dropping, when polls showed support for bombing them at 80%+. 
 
The real question - were YOU on board with the right message from day one?]]></description>

AUMF - as congress has done them - congress says war CAN happen, and it&#039;s up to the president to decide IF it will.
