Last year, the Washington State Health Care Freedom Act of 2011 was introduced in the Washington legislature. Despite all the efforts of governor Gregoire paving the way for implementation of the health care exchange in our state, the fight is just beginning.
You can help us by signing the petition in support of nullifying Obamacare. It is only one step, but it is a way of saying that we will not accept the federal government meddling in our personal decisions regarding health. You can also become informed about the Washington State Health Care Freedom Act, share with your friends, and ask your candidates where they fall on this issue. With an election coming up, we want to know that we are supporting people who won’t back down in the face of criticism. We need to be asking these folks the tough questions.
Personal freedom is not a partisan issue. Every person should be concerned about the fact that the federal government is assuming the power to tax you for doing nothing, and that they see nothing wrong or unconstitutional about it.
Please let your voice be heard on this important issue.
