S.1867.1021 was written in response to Barack Obama having been implicated in the abduction of Holly Bobo. There were 11 victims in this macabre abduction scheme commencing with Laurie Partridge in 1974 spanning a 37 year period through October, 2011. These abductions were celebratory on legislation that has been engineered to loft at will state sponsored abduction to resource BDSM/pedophilia ritual sacrifice for entertainment with collaboration between the Mormon church and state and federal leadership. This is part of a long term repatriation agenda by the UK, and it is progressing largely because people are unwilling to recognize neopolitical occult preoccupation with macabre.
